ZF 325 IV

Description

A reverse reduction marine transmission with hydraulically operated multi-plate clutches. The ZF 325 1-A gearbox is particularly suitable for high-performance applications on:

• luxury motor yachts;
• sport fishing boats;
• express cruisers.

It is fully tested, reliable, simple to install and compatible with all types of engines and propulsion systems. As well as being suitable for dual motor installations (same ratio and torque capacity in forward or reverse mode).

Among its main components we find:

• a light and robust aluminum alloy case, which resists sea water;
• Precisely case-hardened and ground gear teeth ensure longer life and smooth operation;
• the output shaft thrust bearing which absorbs the maximum thrust of the propeller forward and backward;
• the fluid and reliable hydraulic gearbox which integrates a control lever for attaching the push-pull cable;
• the replaceable oil filter cartridge;
• a compact and space-saving design, with 14° V-angle and Beveloid gear.
